Boultbee LDN has recently completed the purchase of 29/31 Oldbury Place, Marylebone, for £9.8m. The Victorian building, which is located adjacent to Marylebone High Street, will be converted into three mews style houses of between 2,240 and 2,970 square feet.

Steve Boultbee-Brooks, Chairman of Boultbee LDN, comments: “We have been keen to secure a scheme in Marylebone as part of our London focused residential development portfolio, and particularly something which will allow us to fully demonstrate our design-led approach to development. Oldbury Place offers a unique opportunity to produce three exquisite homes, which will combine period charm with the highest standards of modern living.

“Sites such as Oldbury Place are highly sought after and rare to find; we managed to agree the deal over a weekend, and exchange and complete within ten working days. Together with our joint venture partners, Shape Commercial, we have created a highly effective acquisitions team which was able to meet the timescale requirements of the vendor. Our strong relationship with Titlestone Property Finance also meant that we were even able to have funding in place, at completion.”

Oldbury Place is due to launch next summer, and Savills has been appointed as the selling agent.
