As part of a joint ventre we have formed a collaboration with Corinthian Property Co. Ltd, trading as Boultbee Corinthian Homes, to deliver a new project in Carshalton Beeches, Surrey consisting of nine new family houses (subject to planning) in a lovely peaceful gated close. The site was purchased for £1.251m from the Sutton & Merton Primary Care Trust (part of the NHS). The development was completed by mid-2013.
