As part of a joint venture we have acquired the freehold interest in 31 Above Bar Street, Southampton, from Essex County Council for £2.41m, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.2%.

The property, which occupies a prime retail trading position close to the main entrance of the West Quay shopping centre, is currently let to Everything Everywhere trading as T-Mobile, at a rent of £157,500 pa until May 2018.
