The newly developed space will include:

• High quality common area materials and finishes
• Male and female WCs at each level
• Centrally provided air conditioning and heating
• Metal, suspended ceilings
• Raised floors (including a floor box allowance)
• A carpet or flooring allowance
• Landscaped, external seating
• A large terrace at top floor level.

Sean Dempsey, Director of Asset Management for Boultbee LDN Capital said: “St Albans is in great need of new, high-spec office space, focused on the occupation requirements of its successful and expanding business sector. We are delighted to present the approved plans for Maltings House. This will be a prestigious, new address, for some of the city’s leading companies. It’s a location where staff will be able to fully enjoy the amenity benefits of the city’s shops, restaurants and transport facilities."
